@Anickle_PSN That’s not how this works lol…Open the app, Click on “25” in the bottom right corner, Then click on “account issue”, Then select “Report a player”….You can take it from there.
One piece of advice - Take screenshots and attach them to the report. It helps ALOT.
This is how you get the guy banned. Not by screaming on a message board to a bunch of trolls.

And if SDS doesn't do anything report them to Sony and they will get banned for at least a month. Of course this only works if they are on playstation.
