Misleading pack odds
-
A friend of mine recently purchased 2 ultra summer packs thinking he would get all 92 overalls or better. He did in fact get 92 overalls but he also pulled 3 91s as well. I’m frustrated for him and have contacted the support and they said there is nothing they can do about it and I feel their pack odds are misleading. Am I crazy or does this seem completely unfair? The premier and deluxe packs show odds of pulling 91’s which is 1:1 but the ultra does not mention 91’s at all. Had he known there were 91s in the ultra pack he would have never spent 100k stubs on the packs. Has anyone else had this problem and had it resolved or is my friend hopeless?

It’s somewhat misleading, but also 100% accurate. It doesn’t say 5:1 92+, its says 1:1 92+ and he got 1 92+ so the odds are accurate. You can easily see what cards are included in the pack by scrolling though the list above the pack. I’m not defending SDS here, but they can’t account for bad comprehension on the customers part. Your “friend” got exactly what the odds stated and if they were that upset, then they should’ve submitted the ticket, not a 3rd party who has no involvement in the transaction.

I understand that and that’s what they said to me but I still think they should atleast show in the pack odds that 91s are in the premier pack. As I said previously, they show 91s in the other 2 pack odds but not the ultra. They should atleast show this in the odds if nothing else. I don’t see this as bad comprehension, I think sds needs to be more clear to their customers on what they are purchasing. Thanks for your response.

Lol, they show you exactly which cards are available to pull in the pack. Look above the pack (maybe a little up and to the right) and you can scroll through the list of cards.

Yes I see that but the pack odds should display that. I guess it’s a learning moment I just think they should be clearer on that

Never ever ever ever buy packs from the shop. Thats their main money grab. Get you to waste all your stubs on that trash so you can purchase more. Those packs rarely ever give you anything good or worth the stubs It takes to buy them.
