Is the new Diamond Quest glitched?

I just conquered every space on the board and not losing one mission or mini boss. I finished the first real game on the bottom and just got packs. I finished the second game on the top of the board and didn’t receive anything and it didn’t finish the quest. Anyone else have this issue? There’s no way for me to collect any of my rewards? Do I play the game again?

They said it was fixed, you must have started your quest before then.

@wdc1961_PSN I just started it today. I don’t know if I should just save and exit diamond quest,save and select new new quest or just abandon it. It’s crazy I played every game and didn’t get any rewards. I even played the top game again to see if that would finish it and that didn’t work either.

I'm still stuck in it, no way in hell I'm abandoning it as I got the card from the first stadium
I'll have to ticket I guess, since Ive played the second stadium 3x they should give me both cards I hope

@Teak2112_MLBTS I’m in the same situation. Except I didn’t even get a card after the first game which is surprising after I never lost a moment. I beat the second team twice and just saved and exited diamond quest. I sent them a ticket. Hopefully we’ll get a response sooner than later.

@Teak2112_MLBTS you can try. But I bet you get this response a few days later, “ Hello- Thanks for the message. Unfortunately we do not have the ability to add XP/rewards, wins or remove losses from any account. Thank you for playing The Show!”. I got that multiple times on multiple tickets from Miguel. Let us know if you fare any better.

If your map has the Stadium Game in the top most and bottom most squares; you won't get any rewards. It was bugged.
Also, if you played Baltimore, instead of the Cardinals or Reds in the Stadium Game(s); you won't get any rewards.
You have to restart the quest and play the new map (where the Stadium Game tiles are moved up/down from the last bottom/top tile.
Unfortunately you will lose all the rewards you should've earned.

If they wouldn't at least give me Ludwick, who is sitting right there in my awards box (and earned against the typical Reds DQ team), I would 100% uninstall. Which is probably why I havent sent a ticket yet, because i am afriad they will screw up. That would be a pretty unforgiveable customer service fail, considering had I backed out after the win I would have the card

You can try to submit a ticket. But I doubt they'll give you Ludwick. If they did that; they would have to give the cards out to others that played during the issue.
If they would've tested this BEFOREA releasing it; this may not have been an issue.
In a post in the DQ board @SDS_JoeK_PSN stated that you had to restart the map.
Not sure he could help any other way than you having to start over.
If that's the case you need to decide if it's worth the time playing again, to try for Ludwick and Gray, or if it's better spent playing something else and just buying him and Gray.

I'm in the boat too. Started a DQ this morning and beat the Orioles in the bottom square but now rewards. Worked my way up to the top square and beat the Orioles but the DQ didn't end. I beat the Orioles again and for the 2nd time it didn't end. This sucks!

You have to restart.
You're supposed to play the Reds and the Cardinals. Not the Orioles.
