How TF do you get out of AA?
-
So hilarious update. 1 month into the second season of AA. I'm a 75 OVR, 12 more than the AAA guy. The MLB 3rd baseman...the Angels don't even have one, they have a 66 OVR SS covering 3rd. I'm leading AA in BA and HR's so far. At least I'm not getting the disappointed you aren't hitting more HR's speech anymore. Manager don't even talk to me. If I weren't on my favorite team I'd be requesting a trade, LOL.
Also I'm playing on Rookie. I've tried the lower settings (in another mode) and it actually screws my timing up big time because a 95 MPH fastball feels like a changeup. Since I play Mini-seasons and most Conquest games on Rookie I like a consistency on pitch speed.

What your fielding ratings? It used to be a thing that you wouldn't get called up if your fielding ratings weren't close to theirs no matter how much con/pwr you had and how well you hit, don't know if it still is a thing, but that might be what's holding you back.

@PAinPA_PSN So yeah the AAA scrub they got has a 66 fielding, I've been pumping points into mine got it up to 63. Still no call up. I lead the AA team in every offensive category except triples. 77 Overall now so 12 over the SS they got playing 3rd in MLB. Just makes no sense.
Side question, are there certain time periods that call-ups happen? Do I just need to get closer to the All-Star break?

Every time I've been called up, it's been right around the all-star break, provided you're not simming any games and playing decent.
-
Every time I’ve gotten called up it’s been at the beginning of a month.

game is broken, I went back to The Show 24 and it is working as a charm

I'm an Angels fan as well, and have had several players. I like to get through MiLB quickly, so I will play on beginner. You can change the pitch speed sliders so they don't mess up your timing too much.
In the first year, first call up to AAA or MLB is the end of the first month after playing at the Smokies. There is a 2X token for that week, when the farm director calls you and says he's coming.
Next chance is a month later.
Final chance, September Call-ups then start at Spring Training with the team. You can be sent back to MiLB after Spring Training, then it starts over. (I believe) It doesn't tell you it's September call-ups, you just get called up at the beginning of September.
These are the times I've been called up in MLBTS25. I haven't been called up around the all-star break this year. I think that's so you can still win the awards.

@Crane_MLBTS I checked out some Reddit threads and there are a ton of posts where people have Overalls in the 80s and still not called up. One person says he's in year 5 of AA (THAT is some patience). Apparently sometimes it's broken and sometimes people get called up right away. I may go through 1 more year and if I get sent down to AA again from Spring Training I'll be done.
One note...I remember simming like the last week of Spring Training in the year I am in, assumed I was staying and was anxious to get to the regular season. I wonder if that's what broke it on this character.

Yes! Simming is always a bad to your CAP. Those are the only times I've ever been sent back down.

FYI finally got called up, it happened at the same time you guys posted. End of the 2nd month (2nd year) I was told I was hitting well and would be called up soon, with a 2x boost to exp. At the end of that week (which ended on the first day of month 3) I got called up to AAA.
-
Congrats, hopefully you’ll get the next call quicker. For some reason for me moving AA to AAA was always longer than AAA to MLB.

@GreenEydBndt_XBL It was...just about 1 month.
