Everybody hated set and seasons (not everyone but a very vocal contingent) and wanted power creep back so you got power creep back with a vengeance. I am not even expecting 99 out of the All Star cards (maybe one or two in a rare round of a pack - which will be needed for a collection)

I don't have a problem with the content at all. plenty of good free cards. Who cares if the best card is a chase card...by defenition it should be. That's why you chase it

I actually like how they’ve done the power creep this year, but giving us a bunch of 87/88 after color storm was 91/92 with captain boosts makes zero sense.

It makes a ton of sense, there are plenty of theme teams that still would much rather have those diamonds than a silver LS card. Plenty of grinds that will get much easier with having these cards. Not every card should need to be the best card

@trfatboy22_PSN I haven’t played a single person running a theme team. If they gave us more 91/92’s that would help those teams even more. Going backwards especially -3/4. It’s a really strange content drop. Most of these cards are pretty bad too.

I played 3 of them today. And some people play theme teams offline and grind. These cards are absolutely fine. Everyone is just being a baby because they cried for power creep and now are mad they don't have ultra powerful cards. You can't have it both ways. Deal with it.

I am not going to condemn or defend todays drop. I am not even bothering to do it. But I will say that trfatboy22 has a point in that these cards can help with offline grinds. If you need to do a stat or PXP grind with a specific team then they can be very handy. And if you are like me and play almost every conquest game with your theme team of choice then chances are some of these cards are upgrades for those teams.
Just because people don't normally run theme teams online doesn't mean that nobody uses them at all

The only complaint I have is putting a 200k card needed for a collection. I know you don't have to spend that, but the odds are more than against you to pull one.

@GoozeFn_PSN it does feel like maybe this was intended for earlier in the season and it got pushed? It’s definitely weird that all but maybe Gallo in the program are immediately power crept out by cards already in the game.

@DodgerMatt93_NSW Honestly, even Gallo won’t touch my lineup. I’m sure he will for some. Schwarber will but he’s in a pack and extremely expensive.
