Yeah... sadly I think they will have a Yankee that is still a Yankee and then for the Red Sox someone that has been gone and forgotten for years.
Also someone just the other day predicted they would come out with a DJ Lemahieu Yankee card soon. And today...sure enough we got another Yankee for absolutely no reason.
Take credit whoever said that because either you work for SDS or are the luckiest man alive.

I’m usually not too negative, but it will be the same cards we would have got regardless of how they dress them up.

@Lord-Oimak_MLBTS Ha. One would think these "smart" companies would have fixed their auto-correct features by now. However, it does come up with some funny stuff every once in awhile!

Will @dbub_PSN be disappointed that it is not someone who is still with the Red Sox instead of being happy that they are getting a good 92 overall player? I mean look at that power.

I'm curious where you got the info that not every team is getting a card? I have not seen SDS mention it one way or the other.

I'm watching Ray Cheesy's stream and he's been saying along with the the people in the chat that not every team is getting a card because it'll just be like TA again

So he's speculating. He may be right or he may be wrong.
These won't be captain cards so there will be a difference out of the gate. I think the the fact that they have 30 cards shown pretty heavily leans towards the one player per team format.

Cardinals dont look like they have a lot of options. Flaherty seems the most likely option?

I honestly don't know who it could be based on the most recent year showing 2021.
Flaherty might be a good guess (but I hope not. Most Cardinal fans don't have a lot of love for Jack).
Either way I can't think of any stellar choices, Dylan Carson? Unless they go with a player the Cardinals traded away too soon like Randy Arozarena, Adolis Garcia, Zak Gallen, Sandy Alcantara, etc

My prediction:
1 card program
3 collection rewards
Deluxe/premier/ultra 14 card pack including the 'chase'
6 cards repeatable showdown (2 cards each run)
6 cards repeatable conquest (2 cards each run) -
X/Twitter and Reddit seems to be up in arms over Xander only having 70 clutch.
Sometimes, I think that people wanted Power Creep back but still want their 92 cards to have 99 level attributes.

Most people play at a level where 70 clutch on mid 80s contact is fine anyway. obviously a weakness, but a tradeoff for the power and defense

I left X/Twitter earlier in the year, after 15+ years there. I never deactivated, but It's just not fun anymore, and I'm the goofiest goofball around. That said, I miss all the game updates there!

I only go there to check the MLB The Show posts since that seems to be where they post their updates. I don't really use it beyond that. It shows I have originated 2 posts (not replies), the last one in 2017.
Of course, one prediction I forgot to makes is that some of these cards are likely hidden in a Pipeline Past Pack.
