Player quirks

Does anyone have actual stats about how much quirks like dead red and breaking ball hitter affect outcomes? Like is it a 5% increase in exit velo or what? I feel like the swing of the player is just as if not more important.

Bad ball hitter feels like the best one for a hitter this year. Every time a face a guy who can dot my life away, when Lindor comes up with bad ball hitter; I don’t feel an exit velo decrease. Ik it doesn’t say that it helps exit cells in the description but it really feels like it does this year on corner pitchers. To me anyways.
