MLB the show was the last game I could ever actually use my last name audio, it used to be in 23, 24 it was taken out. The player I share a last name with is Tim Stauffer, he was a 10 year veteran pitcher and the last name is no longer there..

You'll have to hope that they hire actual sound and audio engineers instead of new interns next year. Maybe then the commentary and audio will actually improve, without them taking shortcuts and deleting audio, which is laughable considering how little space audio files take up on a disc.

I'm guessing all of the announcing will be AI in a couple years to save $$ and they will have every name on the planet in there.

I hope they don't go the AI route. That would be incredibly disappointing. Pay real talent!
