PS5 overheats whenever I try to play the game. This is ridiculous

i have all 25 tokens from mlb 24 and got the willie mays card but i still havnt received the packs and mlb has yet to respond to my support message after 8 days and i dont know what to do because i try to spend no money and i can go against 99s while i have a 88

Is it a bug if you do not have last year's now and later programs or vouchers? Last year's game shows I have 15 or 20 vouchers for now and later programs or at least redemption but I don't have anything currently. What do I do?

The game freezing in online multiplayer. Had this happen 3 times today and have lost rank from them.

No audio in user controlled replays

What is the count down timer glitch in co-op now happend 2 times last night. The other team is losing pause the game timer counts down but doesn’t back us out and it’s almost like a freeze off and it’s say that we lost both games plz fix this [censored] plz.
