Beat his Stadium Challenge 5x and I'm 0-5 in getting him as a reward.
Anywhere from 60-70% chance. Never happens.
I now 60-70% isn't a guarantee. But c'mon, 0-5?

I don't like to waste a lot of time with challenges so I'm good playing on All Star with ~30% chance to grind Team Affinity but usually get the player in 4 or 5 tries. It took me 16 WINS TO GET BADER

i did every box, played on Hall of Fame, got the percentage to 90% and got him first try. I was banking on still missing him though.

I just got Bader today actually on HOF and I had to mine was 100% and 80% and I won it on 80% and they finally gave me Bader

If it makes you feel better, I got both Fielder and Bader on 1 try with a 65% chance on veteran.

I played on veteran with a 47% chance and only got Fielder
