Carrying over created players

I'm happy that they've fixed Stadium Creator. And, I like that you can download stadiums created from previous years.
I would like it if created players could be carried over from previous years. Instead of having to create them all over again.
@SDS_JoeK_PSN do you know why we can't do this? And, would you pass it along to see if this is possible. Also, please bring back created legendary players being able to wear their retired numbers. Ex: Joe DiMaggio being able to wear 5 on the Yankees, Carlton Fisk being able to wear 27/72 on the Red Sox/White Sox, Ron Santo being able to wear 10 on the Cubs, etc
