Every time I do a swing it appears okay and I would like to know where do they get that from? And what effect do they have?

Pay attention because you will get okay then the next swing could be good good or higher on the same pci location. None of us know what it means other then hitting is broke

Basically, it’s meaningless. Whatever you see the ball do correlates to your actual swing mechanic. If you pull the ball you’re early, if it goes oppo you were late and if it’s up the middle, you were roughly good. If you hit the ball hard you had good PCI placement, if you hit it weakly, you didn’t. Feedback is less than worthless at this stage as it is so flat out incorrect it’s almost funny. If you look at that after every swing you’ll go crazy in no time. In fact, it’s the basis for the majority of the complaints about hitting. That and the swing timing windows this year.
