PCI On/Off

Wondering what the pros/ cons are to playing with the PCI on vs. off. I'm not a great hitter and often struggle online. I go back and forth with mixed results but still end up not doing very well in the long run.
With the PCI on I get distracted and seem to only focus on the PCI which I don't feel is really correct.
When I play with it off I focus more on the ball and react to the actual pitch but never really make great contact because there is no visual to focus on.
Seems like I'm always grasping at straws. -
Try using bat for pci black at a low like 20% opacity

I would try it with the PCI at a lower opacity.

I turn it off when I realize it is screwing with my timing.
