I’ll complete it when I get there; basically time and luck.

That's exactly how I'm feeling, flipping has been very frustrating so far this year, just now hitting 100k stubs again. Only missing Judge, Witt, Soto and Ohtani..... unfortunately that's 700+ stubs not counting Ohtani.

Mostly grinding DQ and selling the rewards. Also selling any other non-live series pulls or rewards that I won't be using in my lineup. But DQ has by far been the best and most rewarding offline way to make stubs.

I won't be finishing LS or the Retro Spotlight until end of season when they come down in price. I will ride with the players I can get at a decent price and the heck with the others. I will not be spending money to buy stubs. If 2-4 hours playing almost every night doesn't earn me those players then SDS has definely not earned my money.

Yah, DQ is growing on me, just spent 15 minutes playing it. Crushed the Yankees on Veteran and got the top prize of Ottavino, I can see why people enjoy that mode. I may use that mode to grind out stats from now on instead of conquest or 9 inning games against the CPU.

I still need about 6 gatekeepers. Just saw the price Judge is going for. Unless I get a few more great pulls I don't see myself finishing LS anytime soon

I only pulled two of the overly high priced Diamonds (Marte and Ohtani). The rest was just spamming DQ for Stubs and Packs (admittedly, I generally just skip everything to the Stadium Challenge but I play the board now and then). Sell orders for all duplicates. Was able to finish LS off this past Sunday by purchasing Bobby Witt Jr.

I grinded DQ a lot, pulled Ketel and a few mid level diamonds while I was grinding, I quit because I burned out trying to get the stubs for Ohtani, who kept going up everytime I got closer. I’ll get it when I come back later

I am new to the game and the saga. Played my first game two weeks ago. I am learning on the fly.

For the Live Serie, I checked every reward when you complete a team and decide to go with only ten (mainly teams that reward me with a legend and NOT an actual player). At time, I did not understand much of the concept. I am happy to report I did not choose the Yankees (so I don't have to buy Judge), but I choose the Dodgers (hello Shohei!).

I am in no rush to complete any of these series. I have about one fourth of every team cards at the moment. I only add to these collections via cards I pull from packs. Like I said, I am not in a hurry. I only play against the CPU and I have to say that I really like my team at the moment (almost just Legends).

As to get packs, I play about one complete game against the Rockies every day, wich helps with stubs and missions. I spend the rest of my time on missions, moments and mini-seasons, again to grind packs and stubs.

It takes me more time than others to harvest stubs. A good night is about 10 000.

My next buy will be Andre Dawson as I try to put on my squad every players avalaible in the game that had a great carreer with the Montreal Expos. At the moment, I have Tim Raines. I have my eyes on Gary Carter (reward for completing the Nationals Live Series), Larry Walker (Cards Live Series) and Vladdy Sr (it looks like some kind of reward, but I did not investigate it yet).

So, if I have to spend stubs on Live Serie cards, it would be to complete the Nats and the Cards. The rest will come from packs.

Luckily pulled Tatis (before he was expensive), Soto, marte, J-Ram. I was able to buy Judge when he was about 200K. Also Bought Trout, and Witt most recently. For the most part I just play a lot and finish all the stuff for the free packs which gets me things to sell. Recently I've been doing the Easter Egg DQ because even though I don't like DQ I don't find that one that difficult and the cards from it aren't as cheap as some of the other ones. So if you get Ricky or Erceg you are making about 12K a piece for a little over an hour and I was able to grind up like the Cornerstone guys while doing it.

I'm stuck on 1 card.....i had the stubs to buy him at 350k...but decided to complete the AL for Clemans. So i'm up to 200k stubs, i would probably have him, but...i spend stubs on other cards lol. So now its just grind grind sell sell. I've locked up the wallet....i'm not purchasing anything else until i get him. I have had to buy all the big cards....the best pull of the year for me was Egg Polanco.
