No More Back Orders
-
Confirmed in the patch notes. SDS continues to destroy every way to make stubs. We’ve always had back orders. Why change that now? Not being able to generate stubs makes this game a lot less fun. I’m tired of them constantly making decisions that make this game less fun.
-
I'm glad it's going away. Don't have to worry about losing stubs
-
This is great news. I have been pushing for them to do this with roster updates for a few years now. Big W

Where can I read these patch notes?

You should read the thread of the person asking for it back.

@PAinPA_PSN I am disappointed. I was hoping for more honest discourse. I'm absolutely willing to meet it in the middle. Both parties can still win if that's an issue (and I agree it is.)

I have seen ppl bring back air conditioners that was a box full of rocks, I have seen people the next day bring back items that were bought brand new and the return item was at least 3 years old, I have seen tag switching, etc etc. my tolerance for anything of not 100% honesty has long been destroyed by people
-
@PAinPA_PSN oh... kay? I am being 100 percent honest here. I've already said multiple times that compensating the seller who makes a mistake via the full quick sell while still honoring the investor sounds like a perfect compromise. Why keep attacking?

It is still a crazy take of you blaming this over and over again on SDS … Since you asked:
- It prevents players from doing a mistake. NOBODY can really think that selling a card for a loss is something anybody could have done if he knew. I see it like this: If my benefit comes due to a loss of another player, it can‘t be the company‘s fault.
- Having ppl „making stubs“ is not something a company is having focus on. Is that so hard to understand? Yes it was a loophole for a long time, but that does not make anything better (especially for point 1). Nobody in this world is giving you an easy thing to make profit. Most of the time you gotta earn. And if there are cases, be sure they will be closed
- And now back to your constant crying (and even creating a thread to cry about it): You knew this way before, now you got confirmation. I hope you got 1000 Corbin Carrolls in your inventory for the update
-
@ShDynasty1227_XBL There is no middle. You don't get a say. It's not your game. You can either deal with it, or go play something else. Those are the only options you have.

Good…This is a baseball game, Not the New York stock exchange.

This decision is fine. It’s the same as putting training wheels on a kids bike. Someone has to protect the people with itchy trigger fingers. I suggested they just wear helmets all the time but this works too. If it wasn’t only about money SDS would also install something that prevents these same people from selecting duplicates of “no sell” cards.
-
@mietha_PSN I mean... I'm not quitting over this by any means lol. But there is a middle ground that would prevent the selling user from losing out and not taking away the revenue stream that has been allowed for so long. SDS does a great job of making their market user friendly. Why not make it moreso?
-
@theBlindRhino_PSN again, that protection can be had without stopping the buyer from making profit.
-
I think it is spelled Shadynasty.

How were you at risk of losing stubs?
-
@theBlindRhino_PSN Ha! I had a buddy who told me it'd get confused with the Always Sunny reference. It's from Psych though. XBox doesn't allow apostrophes, so it's supposed to read Sh'Dynasty, but it doesn't. That's a good catch!

@PAinPA_PSN . I'll top you on people returning air conditioners, I saw someone take an expensive coffee maker off the self and then take it up to the front and return it for their money back
