Losing games in extra innings because the outfielder can’t pick up a ball or make a routine catch!!! Sick of it.

Lost a perfect game in the 7th in RS today when Rickey couldn't catch a ball he was camped under for a 3-base error (the run scored on a ground out). Lost the game 1-1 in the 8th on a disconnect with a no hitter. Sigh. Seriously, still love this game though.

How is this not fixed yet? Can’t believe it. Fielding is atrocious

Yup its basically just as bad as the 2017 server errors. I still can't believe they made it worse after trying to fix it, like how is this not caught during the testing of the patch.... Its just on a completely new level on incompetence

I'm sticking to offline for a while. Hopefully they fix it soon. It makes playing online a gamble. I'm not very good, but I want to lose because I deserved the loss, just because an unnecessary error lost me the game.

It’s TERRIBLE in custom league. It’s like the players aren’t recognizing the ball. Jump at the wall and it’s going off of them automatically. Luis Robert ran right by a ball earlier, cost a run.

Played an RS game yesterday... 0-0 in the 3rd inning 2 outs, bases loaded... Low fly to center, diamond fielding rickey Henderson runs in, gets to the ball aaaand never recognizes the ball never puts his glove up ball wizzes right by him, clears the bases.
Bottom of the inning i come up with 1 run in the books, runner on 1st, routine fly to center my opoonent camps under a deep fly sufficiently with granderson aaaaaand the ball bounces off his head!!! I got 1 back!! 3-2.
Following inning I'm batting with rickey Henderson to lead off the inning, i bunt, he pops it up real high, pitch camps under it and makes the catch, he's called out by umps out by the announcers and an out is put on the scorebox graphic in the corner. Next batter steps up and Rickey is on first with no outs !!! My opponent pauses, resumes, pauses resumes -- throws at my head... Couple batters later I mash a 3 run homer and he disconnects mid-flight.
After he got 3 runs off a glitch I was not going to purposely run Rickey into an out down 3-2 when he was on 1B because of it. No way.

Yes, the fielding looks like little league. PLEASE FIX on the next patch!!! This should be the #1 priority on the next one...
