64 overall and below. There isn’t a specific filter for it in mini seasons but you can filter max overall to 64.
The marketplace does have a filter for it though, under rarity.
Common = 64 and below (black)
Bronze = 65 to 74 (bronze)
Silver = 75 to 79 (silver)
Gold = 80 to 84 (gold)
Diamond = 85 and above (blue)The color of the badge background for the overall rating on the card art reflects what it is.
