Seems to be around the 15 level mark. It is the reason you had the posts of "I was Silver 1 but then when I went back it backed me up to Bronze 95" they were at the xp cap

same same. no idea why, but it shows as 'prestige' on my screen but to opponents it shows as 'elite'
