Free Jumbo Pack

I know there’s not much to be done after the fact, and I’m not out here trying to scoop the free pack now either…but rather make aware an issue I experienced. During the hours of the Flash Sale that had the free jumbo, I was using the companion app…and nothing showed in the shop for me, except those three community challenge packs(which I was able to claim no problem).

I know that some people experienced errors as well when trying to claim in the shop, however the option for this or any flash sale item(if there was more, I couldn’t tell) simply wasn’t there. It was almost as if the shop itself refused to refresh to show them.

Just wanted to make you aware of a potential issue.

I actually pulled Soto and sold him....woke up from a nap just to notice the free pack.....so interesting day

I didn’t get a free jumbo pack…….but I never got my April Scouting Report pack either. I have a ticket in for the April pack, but not holding my breath. That jumbo pack would’ve been nice though. I’ve gotten used to getting the short end of the stick from SDS.
