What month and time of day

What is the best month and time for games to hit more HRs? Does it really even make a difference other than visual?

Well, in real life, every 10 degrees (F) will add 3 feet in distance traveled by the baseball (when it comes deep fly balls). So, July at 1 pm would probably be the best timing. I don't know if that has the same effect in the game though.
