I'm tired of guessing the right pitch and not getting the bonus

I have my hit settings set to Classic guess pitch. At least a couple of times a game, I'm guessing the right pitch. Exactly the pitch and the zone and the game should be giving me a heads up that I guessed right. It isn't, it's an issue this year. I've been playing this game for years and it's always worked properly, not this year.
Also I'll move my PCI during my at bat and when the hitting feedback comes in, it shows the PCI is not where I placed it.
This year more than ever I'm extremely frustrated with the hitting interface. Please fix these issues!!!!
