Xp Math

So curiosity took over and I decided to imput some xp math abd it seems for a 9 inning game averaging between 1600-1900 xp equals to 1/2 of 1/2 Of a single percent on the xp path that is just a month alone....one single 9 inning game. So I'm left wondering exactly how are we supposed to keep being incenticize to continue playing the game, while knowing I won't likely see a single wheel spin again. There just isn't enough xp, offline, to make it where it's worth playing. I'm in the early 200k of thr second inning, even with double xp that's not much of a gain. So what is the point, SDS? Why should we continue playing where we won't feel we are achieving something. Un nerf the xp or reduce the 500k xp goal each inning

@Krazy-kajun77_MLBTS Maybe, if you look at all the XP one gains from programs you would find quite a bit of XP in them. If you don't want to do the programs, that's cool, but that is where a lot of XP is earned.

Exactly what @dap1234567890_PSN stated.
HUGE chunks of XP in Programs.

But roughly 25k per program per week isn't adding up to much. Last year you had 3 k or more per 9 inning game, year before that was around 4-5. Just seems they nerf it more more and are slowly pushing away those who can't focus on the game 24/7. Last year I played 3-4 hours a day and it showed in what I earned in the game. Thus year, the same amount and it doesnt.

Yup I play every night but the thought of playing to earn 1-2k per 9 innings doesn’t make me want to

We are two weeks into the second inning right? I know of at least two programs coming this week that’ll have xp benchmarks with chunks , and you have the Jolt voucher for whatever that is plus any conquest chunk xp. I wouldn’t be overly concerned

It sucks that they slashed in-game XP rewards starting last year. They really wanted to de-incentivize "offline" grinding. But there's tons of XP to be earned in the programs that almost makes up for it.

Second inning started 6 days ago, and the bosses are already below 40k on the market. There’s a week of double xp starting tomorrow, more programs on the way, another mini season. It’s going to be fine.
-
@BJDUBBYAH_PSN Tomorrow's is Double PxP, not XP, so no help for the Program XP path. I am currently at 250K, so I don't have any concerns about finishing the XP path, but I also do all the offline Programs. I don't play online at all currently. I didn't collect the bosses from Inning 1, as I was prioritizing accumulating Stubs for the Live Series and sold both of them.
-
@reardons_MLBTS double PXP is even better in my opinion
-
I’m at 250K with just the egg program left to complete. I’m also not worried about finishing it but I do admit Inning 2 has me curious where all the remaining XP will come from. I assume there are plenty of offline programs planned that will get us there and they aren’t expecting us all to play 200 vs CPU games to do it.
-
I just got the Ozzie card last night but still have to finish the egg hunt and April spotlight programs, but still have to do the mini seasons as well plus the 2 conquest maps
-
I'm at 240k myself with only the egg hunt program left but it does seem like it's a really show crawl with very little chance at getting any wheel spins. At this pace I don't see me getting a single one period. The hitting is harder with nerfed stadiums and xp. Thankfully no bosses I desire and doubt I desire any non theme team cards til after allstar. Still struggling to see the point where one game only gives you half of half a single percentage for the inning xp.

@Krazy-kajun77_MLBTS I play because I like baseball, and like playing the show. All of the rewards are just bonus.
-
I'm at 241k as well, but not worried about wheel spins at this point. There will be plenty of XP in programs and those are just a bonus anyway.
