Proof that SDS doesn't care if they mess up.

As I previously stated, during the last Multiplayer Program I realized that I HAD to play a Ranked game so I could complete the program and get the 50pk bundle.
All I needed to do was get one hit. I ended up with 7 hits before I quit the game.
But because I player the game, during Weekend Classic, and because they coded that incorrectly, there was,a WHOLE bunch of issues throughout the community.
Even though my Game History showed the 7 hits; it didn't register the 1 hit in the Program and I lost the opportunity to get that 50pk bundle.
I figured I would submit a ticket, and because it was well known that there were issues with Ranked games being played during Weekend Classic, I assumed they would honor the mission and issue me my 50pk bundle.
Well, you know what happens when you assume. You make an @$$ our of u and me.

Hello- Thanks for the message. Unfortunately we do not have the ability to add XP/rewards, wins or remove losses from any account. Thank you for playing The Show!
So, even though SDS messed up and I didn't receive what I earned, instead if giving me the 50pk bundle, they pretty much told me to 'kick dirt'.
You guys (SDS) are lucky that I can't receive a refund without having my account locked, or I would have already deleted this game and contacted my credit card company for a refund.
THIS IS NOT HOW YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS!

Sounds about right with them, they don't like to admit when they screwed up

So spend 15 minutes and play another game online and get your bundle. You could have had it a week ago. Just don’t play weekend classic because it has had issues

I mean they gave us a bunch of packs for screwing up weekend classic, so they do admit it.

@x-814-x-MAFIA-x_PSN I mean...you didn't complete the mission. But you still completed the program. To them the end reward was Joey Bats. Not the bundle. You'll know for next time.

@BJDUBBYAH_PSN in one of his other 6000 posts about his 50 pack bundle, he said he played his first game during weekend Classic.
So that's the issue most likely. He played a weekend Classic game and not a ranked game.

@allday9128_PSN Yep. They are not the same thing. And since the MP program shouldn't have still been running at all at that point, he has no ground to stand on. They've messed up a lot this year, but this one is solidly in the "user error" category.
