Spring Breakout collection BS

I think it’s ridiculous that you have to successfully complete, not 1, not 2, not 3, but 4 of the same showdown to finish this collection. That’s one of the stupidest things ever SDS. Makes ZERO sense. “Play your Way” -BS.
What if I hate showdowns? There needs to be another way to get these cards. Showdown exclusive 4x isn’t right. -
I completed this and I don't recall having to play showdown that many times. Make sure you've cleaned your console so that it doesn't overheat. That may be causing your issues. Happened to me last weekend. PS5 shut off six times. Cleaned it out the next day and I've had no issues since.

I'll be honest the easiest way to do it is load up on LHH and skip to the final boss, of all the bosses he's the easiest to hit and once you score a few runs his confidence and stamina run out quick and he serves up meatballs

Huh? He's talking about having to do the Showdown 4 times which is the case for everyone if you want all the Spring Breakout cards. It has nothing to do with console performance.

He should probably try ejecting the disc and rubbing it with a soft cloth. Wouldn't hurt.

You can steal without a throw until you are only down 5. So every time you get someone on, you should have an 0-1 count with a runner on second. Making sure you never have a double play. Then like you said, wear the pitcher down until he's throwing meatballs.

@trfatboy22_PSN Wow, two instead of four is SOOOOO much better. If it was addressed, it would be zero. There is no reason to not make the cards sellable. There is no reason to not make ALL cards sellable.

I don’t think asking you to play the game, to earn rewards, is big ask.

Jesus Christ people in here need to make up your friggin minds. When they make cards available in the market, y'all [censored] and moan that they're "forcing you" to buy stubs. They make cards non sellable, y'all still complain because now they're "forcing you" TO PLAY THE GAME and earn them.

@mietha_PSN Lol, you have to play the game to get the cards. I'm not sure why this is an issue. I've also learned that showdown is not hard. Do I love the mode? no. Do I think that that if they can make stats count from it during DQ that they could do it for the mode as a whole? yes. But asking you to play a mode to get cards is NOT an issue. Especially since you don't even have to. You can just wait for storylines and use those to get the Donaldson.
