I put in a ticket on Monday for my win in weekend league not counting as a win but as a loss....it's Thursday and they haven't responded....
Not sure I'd spend a lot of time on a survey if they don't respond to tickets

I put in a ticket to reverse a ranked season loss because I felt I was the better player despite the final score. SDS reversed it within hours. Are you sure you submitted it correctly?

On this forum there is nothing red in the top right corner. Only the number 25 and my username. On the front page of the website the only thing red is "buy now". I already own the game.

Don't know what to tell you. I'm on the website and I see it in the top right hand corner. Try the app on your phone if you have one.
On the main screen the survey should be above the "Buy Now" button. Maybe you aren't signed in properly.

Only thing about "buy now" is "my account" and for some reason it wants me to log in if I click on that despite the fact that I'm posting on the forums which would indicate I'm logged in. No big deal. Thanks for the reply.

Perhaps the website knows I've never done a microttransaction.

My only complaint was about the multiple showdown missions to get cards for collections.
Showdowns are boring, time consuming and frustrating at times (GOAT tier defense, perfect/perfect outs, etc.).I suggested that they allow stats and PXP to count towards players/teams for having to do these. I wouldn't mind dedicating the time to do these as much if I was able to progress my players as well as work on team affinity.
