Bullpen fatigue

Something I have noticed in the last 3 or 4 years playing online diamond dynasty ranked seasons is bullpen fatigue. You could have literally anyone in the bullpen who has 100% energy bar full. Obviously rested. They throw three or four pitches in the game. The game Allie says they are fatigued even if their stamina is higher than 25. This is very frustrating. Average this can be fixed with some more realism guys can throw more than five pictures without being fatigued. Please fix this
