My App Hasn't Worked Since Last Year

All 2024 game cycle, my app never worked. I submitted tickets and never heard back.
This year, same error. App still hasn't worked. Submitted 2 tickets, never heard back. Tweeted them. Nothing. I just want to be able to use the companion app.

Have you updated it? made sure you logged in for 25 not one of the older years?

@trfatboy22_PSN updated, un-installed, reinstalled, logged in to 25, logged back out and in. It just keeps telling me to log in on console first and I'm doing this all while logged in on my console lol.

@BurningOldMan_PSN Oof, sorry man! That's unfortunate. Honestly they are usually pretty good about getting back to people, if it's been awhile I might submit again (which i get is frustrating)
