60 hz verse 120 hz

I just got an Xbox because there was a lot of performance issues that I’ve heard are way better on Xbox. Like controller input lag. Anyway my Xbox is registering to my monitor at 60 hz where my ps5 was always 120hz anyone know the deal with that?

Have you gone to Settings > General TV & display options and changed it?

I have not. I’m new to Xbox and it didn’t realize that. Not home but you are telling me there is a way?

Yes. From your main screen, click on the gear at the top (settings). Then click on General. Then TV& Display Options. You will see the drop down on the left side of the screen.
Also, I stuck a link to an old thread about linking accounts in your other post. Linking accounts will show your progression on your XBox. They call it cross-progression.
