AI Teammate ABs

When watching my teammates’ at bats, they’re striking out too often and having off balance swings wwaaaaayyyy too often. Once or twice every single AB the AI has a horribly off balanced swing, sometimes a full second before the pitch gets to the plate. Definitely could use some tuning, it’s nearly impossible to score runs since I watch full ABs when on base.

I concur with this. Thought it was just the guys behind me in the batting order that just weren’t any good. But when I see strikeouts 50% of the time on good hitters, this is a real problem.

This is why I switched my RTTS to PO...got tired of hitting a lead off triple then watching the three batters behind me whiff 3 straight times.
I could very likely count the amount of times I was driven in by AI teammates last year on my hands.

@Dudeman22__PSN seems to be more of a problem this year than last.

I have been keeping track of my third basement, all the way through June. I have hit 23 doubles with zero outs. I was specifically keeping track of just the no outs combination. Out of the 23 doubles with zero outs on the board I have been advanced exactly twice. I sit there and watch batter after batter striking out swinging at pitches that are way out of the zone, or swinging so early that the ball isn’t even halfway there yet. It has been bad in the last couple of years, but this year just is absolutely awful.

Just started a player last week and by now it's maddening to get on base and watch the futility that happens.

I've kept my setting on "all" baserunning opportunities because I want to steal second base, but have then hit pause and clicked next appearance. It's crazy how much more often I'm being driven in. Just started on this play through though and I'm in April so I look forward to seeing my runs scored at year end. I think I ruined Garrett Mitchell's career though as I watched him bat behind me for a couple years below the Mendoza line and he regressed. Oops.
