App Notifications Haven't Worked All Year

My Companion App notifications haven't worked all year. Sometimes when I'm logged into the game they randomly do - but otherwise, nothing. I put in a ticket but haven't heard back.

I've reinstalled the app like 15 times. I have all push notifications turned on in the app. And my iPhone notifications settings are on too.

Any ideas?

@theBlindRhino_PSN fair. It is not, but it worked for MLB 24 on it so I don't think it's the phone.
