Extra new threads players?

You only need 28 new threads cards to complete the collection, but there are several more than that. Why wouldn’t they just require all of them?
Anyone think this collection could be extended? It’s notable there’s no Juan Soto or Kyle Tucker in here.

They didn't want to dupiicate Soto or Tucker's Live Series cards.
I suppose they could re-use the series come trade deadline for Vlad Jr, but will they?

@GixxerRyder750_PSN Yeah, this is the most "find something to complain about" post I've ever seen concerning The Show, and that's saying a LOT.

@AstrosJake_PSN So you want to pay 50K+ MORE for an 89? Congrats, you are SDS' favorite customer. And, no, they will not be extending the collection, unless it's for a voucher, which is unlikely, especially after Profar.

They usually dont require all of them because the forums would be flooded from posts by people complaining about being "forced" to buy cards with stubs instead of having everything handed to them in programs or free packs.

I mean because you can’t get them, every deluxe pack I get I get a gold pipeline player, so there is no way of earning them.
