Man, I really wanted this card to be my everyday first baseman.. However, once I got to DS and the difficulty switched to HoF it’s been rough. Anybody else feel like he is swinging underwater? Such a slow swing.

I've always struggled with his swing. I just can't use him at all.

Idk I'm not playing on hall of fame online but his swing seems better than it was before. I'm kind of liking his card rn.

What do people struggle with more, his swing or his name?

Go in practice mode and use Manny, frank, and mcgwire.
Manny loads and starts his swing so much earlier. Mcgwire just has a late stride and I think that's what throws off timing

Always been almost impossible to hit something hard inside with him. I don’t think there’s a way around it even with practicing the timing

He's the last one to pick for me, going to be hard to replace that Jolt Helton honestly. Big Mac is just one of those cards I can't do anything with for some reason.

He was my first pick. Hit a HR in my first at bat with him. I have not used him a ton but feel like I have done okay so far. That 33 vision scares me though. I have it in my mind that I don't do well with low vision guys.
