PCI anchor preset

Why is the preset not staying?
Settings-gameplay-hitting
PCI anchor - preset
Then you have 4 locations you can set.
Everytime I turn off my console and come back 2 of the 4 have changed.
Known issue or what?

Known issue when facing LHP. Set them up, works for one game, then gone. Rinse repeat
