Why should people care if he spent money on stubs? It's his income. He should be able to spend it how he wants to spend it.

I already have Clemens (P5) and I've spent $0 on stubs. And I never will. Don't assume things about people. Maybe they're a mega-grinder like me.

What are the methods you are using for stubs? I’ve played an ungodly amount so far, I had skenes at level five by Wednesday of opening week to give you an example. I have spent money on stubs, but I flip a ton and tried farming DQ with moderate success. I don’t care if people spend money or not. I have the disposable income and choose to put some into a relaxing hobby that I spend thirty to forty hours a week playing. But back to my initial question, you must be having a lot of success somewhere to get the AL done. Mind sharing your methods?

Right now it's grinding DQ. For a while I was getting 3-4 players per board so I was clearing about 25K in about an hour and a half.
Today though I only got Jason Hayward so hopefully my luck isn't changing.
I also focused on TA during the double PxP weekend setting up lineups of those silvers, golds, and Jolts. You get a decent amount of packs in TA, it just takes a while.

@sbchamps17_NSW ...while he's alive. Just like with Pete Rose. I STRONGLY suspect the year after one of those dies, they'll be the cover athlete the next year. Two completely different reasons, but I suspect the same result.

If i did or did not is none off your business kid.Why couldn’t it be i got cards and i flipped them.Why does it has to be about money? You’ll never see Pete Rose on the cover, probably not even in the game.
