A few suggestions for Franchise I would like to see:

AS teams: Too many relievers make the AS game. In my dynasty, for example, 12 pitchers made the AS game 12 pitchers made the AS team, only 5 were starters and that is always the case in Dynasty. So, 24 total for both leagues and 10 SP. In 2024 the MLB AS game, in total there were 30 pitchers in the game-19 SP and 11 RP/CP. 2023, 33 pitchers- 22 SP 11 CP/RP. 2022, 31 Pitchers- 19 SP and 12 RP/CP... I didn't take the time to look at replacments but you see the point. There needs to be fewer RP and more SP.

Retirement Players need to retire sooners, there is no reason a guy should be a FA until he is 45 and then retire... Players should retire a season or 2 after going unsigned and guys should retire early by choice to create some realistic randomness.

HOF I think the HOF algorithim needs to be reworked, so more guys make it. Shohei never made the HOF in the 2024 game and that is impossible. He could retire tomorrow and he would make it. I also think there should be a HOF meter on on the players bio under the "awards tab"

Trades The trade algorithm is all out of whack and unrealisitic and players should be able to demand releases and/or trades in the season/off season

Depth Chart/Playing time I am glad that the RP innings pitched/usage has been changed but you should be able to get more in depth on the depth chart and set it for a bench guy to get X amount of starts a week/month... set defensive replacements/PH settings etc.

Overall, it needs to be more in depth. A nice blend between what it is and some features that are useable on games like Out of The Park Baseball.

Regession/Progression Last one, and not as important as the others, but I think a way to track regression/progression would be nice so you know when a player is declining in ability and what rate and conversely, if they are still improving or if they have peaked... I also think the potential on the prospects is messed up... not nearly enough A potential prospects.

I like most of your points. Haven't got to the ASG yet so didn't even know that was an issue but I'm in favor for most.

Regression is my biggest problem. It's been the same forever and it's so unrealistic. Anybody in their 30's decline so rapidly and if they're over 35 forget about it, they'll be out of the league (or just sitting in free agency until they retire) after a year. I wish regression would be at the end of the year and it needs to be dialed back to a few points overall per season. I see too many guys go from high 70's or low 80's to low 60's in a season. Sure there are outliers where a guy will fall off the cliff, but come on man.

@OngoingOsprey92_XBL Exactly and if you draft an elite prospect and bring him up around 19-20 years old, he starts regressing at like 28/29 years old. He should be in his prime but he starts getting worse... and by 32 almost everyone starts getting worse. Not realistic

@ccunnin4_MLBTS Pretty sure regression is based off of service time. I've read that somewhere else. If I recall, it's either 6 years or 8 years and after that it's nothing but down hill from there. They could fix it, but they just don't think it's important enough. Probably to worried about DD. But hey, they're still not as bad as EA. (Actually, I quite enjoy the actual gameplay, it's just a few minor complaints I have with The Show.)

I’d also like to see a playing time/management mechanic.
