Pls Fix Commentary
-
@The_Joneser 100% this. The first thing I do after loading up the game each year is put the commentary slider to zero.
-
@Tandil1368
“ being a Phillies fan you’d be burned at the steak”Nice! Snuck in the best pun I’ve ever seen on this forum
Well done
-
@Tandil1368 lol I know right!!
-
@BroncosAlwayz58 I agree the worst flaw I’ve seen in a long time going back to mlb the show 13
-
I hate Chris Singleton. Wish we had John Smoltz or Keith Hernandez as color commentators. I also want Matty V back, he was so good
-
@Bruinboy20 I've also had it on fly balls to center and right field. And if your RTTS player hasn't made the MLB roster yet, they say it's their debut at the end of every Spring Training game.
-
Anyone but Ron Darling.
His commentary ... is like William Shatner ... he pauses ... between each statement ... for affect.
It is ... incredibly ... annoying.
-
Try playing with the D-Backs.
Every time Corbin Burnes pitches, you will hear about how he had to ditch his 4 seam fastball and go with the cutter.
Every time.
-
Commentary is supposed to add immersion. Atm it takes it away
-
I don’t know how the “base hit, right field” audio glitch got by the programmers -it’s not like it only happens in certain circumstances - it happens ALL the time, no matter where the ball is hit (or if there’s an out or not). Why we’re a week in and it hasn’t been corrected in a patch is anyone’s guess.
-
If we can get AI to write songs and sing them in the style of artists, shouldn't AI be able to commentate a baseball game in the style of basically any commentator out there?
-
I dislike the minor league commentary. Every ball I hit in RTTS is “labeled”. In the same mono tone voice. It’s like “Mclovin” is doing the commentary.
-
@PghBoy it didn't get by them..it was triggered with update 3
-
Red Sox is no better having to hear about when Boog was in college seeing at game at Fenway, literally they never talk about any of the players ever so least they talk about your ace.
-
I'm personally tired of hearing how great everyone's slider is, they throw other pitches too.
a lot of throw upper 90s or have outlier, some have wicked curve balls or changeups, but we never hear about them, and how bout we just replace him,MLB network has plenty of former players, how bout we get hitting analysis from an accomplished hitter and not a bench player( no disrespect intended,he did play in the majors after all) -
That one is pretty annoying. But it only lasts for a couple ABs, if I remember correctly.
A lot of the other stories last a couple innings.
