The crowd chants like “Let’s go team” are incessant and unrealistic. It never stops and makes the game hard to play.

Sorry, but in my opinion this isn't a fair criticism. These sort of chants are factually not constant. They ebb and flow during the same inning and by no means continue over the entire course of a game. In fact, many times these sort of chants aren't even using the team name or derivative of that name, but instead use the player's name or derivative of that name when that player is at bat, or invoke the MVP chant for some star players.
My view is that fan chants accurately reflect what fans do at ballparks in real life. It adds to the richness of the game experience.
Finally, regardless of whether the comment is accurate, in any case this isn't a bug. This is your opinion that the chants last too long. OK, everyone is entitled to their opinion. But, there are some real bugs in this game currently including some that bar gameplay. Those need to be fixed.
