5,000 Stubs download code

So I entered the code but i didn't receive my 5,000 stubs!!! How do I get it? Nintendo Switch version by the way

Same thing happened to me the code wouldn't work so I sent a support ticket to SDS and they gave me the 5000 stubs, the code literally wouldn't work for me kept saying invalid for this console
