Keep getting signed out of Play Station Network

I just moved in August and this is the first time I've played The Show in the new house. The last few weeks I've been randomly getting signed out of PS Network for about 2 seconds. Once I go to test connection everything is fine again. The issue is that I just tried playing my first ranked game and right on cue, it logged me out in the 2nd inning. I'm connected via WiFi that works well. It's not choppy so I don't know if that's the issue or what. I'm on the top floor so I can't run a hardwire through the entire house. Anyone have any suggestions before I lose my mind?

Was losing my connection constantly last night too, only enough to not get stubs from my franchise game, super frustrating.

Check with your ISP. They may be able to suggest some router settings that will prevent this. It sounds as if you're dropping the internet for just a second or two, just long enough to get signed out. I had this happen with an Xfinity router, and they gave me a new one.
