Ejections?

Looking at gameplay settings, I see ejections turned on...
How does one get ejected from the game within this game? Can you argue balls and strikes? Can you argue close calls? Can you charge the mound after getting beaned?
Serious question!

I only seen pitchers ejected after hitting batters on purpose after a umpire warning

@Redsfan6272_PSN Oh yeah! I totally forgot about that! That has been in the game. For some reason I was thinking this was a new thing, but nope! Thanks for the reminder!

Easiest way to test this is to play a classic game and have your pitcher deliberately hit batters. You’ll get a warning at first and after a couple more your pitcher will be ejected.
You can continue this until you get down to your last pitcher. At this stage the game continues, but the ejections stop (unless they’ve added a forfeit option this year).
Never tried this in Franchise or online though.
Also never seen a fielder or batter be ejected. Not really sure how they could within the constraints of the game.
