Xbox missing 20k stubs

Hey everyone, I preordered the digital deluxe on my ps5 and got all those rewards no problem. While watching streamers I won a dd version of Xbox and redeemed that. I got all the pre order rewards on Xbox but not the 20k stubs. On the Xbox it says primary stubs 40ishk, Xbox 20k and other 19.9k. I am down 20k stubs, has anyone had this issue

Stubs like that (bought/given for free) are console specific.
Ex. If you bought a 150K bundle of stubs on your PS5, and have both consoles linked, they could only be used on YOUR PS5 account.
If they gift Xbox users free stubs, and have both consoles linked, they're only good on your Xbox account.
