It's all star by default because there's no way to have more than 5 fans on the first turn.
Just start again and go straight to San Diego from the start.

Okay I restarted a few hrs ago and went straight to their stronghold and beat that on all-star. Is that what I needed to do or go and steal fans from them on all star?

You need to beat SD on all star on the first turn. Literally start the map, go straight to SD and play the stronghold on all star. I did it after I beat the map because I wasn’t paying attention

I thought it said first try until someone clarified last night.

@nymets1987 @GoHardGrandpa I did that. Restarted and beat them but it says 0/0 and not completed but I did. What’s that about???

Did u go directly to Padres when u started the map?

I doesn't HAVE to be all-star but you won't have a choice. You have to beat them on the first turn, before stealing any fans or placing any reinforcements.

Do I have to beat the whole map again too. After I beat them on the rewards it says 0/0 next to the challenge and it doesn’t say completed. Somebody help!!
- it needs to be on the conquest map
- it needs to be your first turn
- it needs to be their stronghold
I do not think you need to do the whole map again. But could be wrong.

First turn, not your first try. Reset the map and go straight to the Padres stronghold on the first turn. It should then be on All Star difficulty.

You must complete all the goals on the 2nd inning conquest to get the points for the program. That includes SD on the first turn, as well as the stealing fans mission.

But it does not have to be on the same map. I didn't realize the San Diego thing and completed the whole map. When I realized my mistake, I started a new map, beat San Diego on the first turn, and completed the achievement. Never finished the map the second time.

Each turn is one set of the following phases: Attack, Steal, Reinforce, and Move Fans. So the first turn ends after you've reinforced and moved fans for the first time.

It means during the first attack phase. Before any stealing fans or reinforcements.. so when you first start on the new map. You move from your stronghold directly to the padres and capture it before advancing to the next phase (steal fans)
