This company is a joke; it's the same lag and choppiness we saw on base PS4s and Xbox Ones.

PS5 4K 60fps with excellent internet, and I can see the framerate stuttering in real time. It's their 20-year-old engine, and not my internet. -
Are you referring to what you saw in the stream? There are a whole bunch of factors that could have resulted in the stuttering - the least of which would have been the gameplay.

Hopefully you are correct, but my confidence is shaky at best after that stream. I love the quality-of-life improvements, though, but I didn't see a $70-$100 worthy upgrade, especially with the record revenue from going cross-platform.

There is only one opportunity to see actual gameplay and how it performs. The dev tourney on the 11th, which if you like what you see,still enables you to preorder your version of choice without missing anything.
