I just restarted Kingdom Come Deliverance so that I can hopefully finish before the sequel is released in Feb.

Make a team rated no higher than 79 overall.
Play Mini season vs cpu on Legend difficulty.
Play the Nation of baseball conquest on Legend with two silver pitchers and the rest bronze.
Defeat all Strongholds in 1 try each turn.
That will keep you busy and realizing the game is actually very difficult.
