Full Team By Team Finest Predictions (NL)

Like I said in your other post just a great job with this suggestion for finest players, alot of players deserve finest and unfortunately some won't get one. Can't really think of other players deserving for a finest card. Would love for SDS to choose 2 players from each team but make 1 player from each team Captain

I am assuming each team is getting a hitter and pitcher finest as 99 captains
If going by last year we could expect 0-3 others, but doubtful they release much in the way of content to support this -
Honestly, I keep forgetting Swanson is on the Cubs and not the Braves.

But that's SDS' fault. How do you not give the Finest card to Lindor, who had one of the best seasons by a Met ever?

Unknown what they will do. Last year they released a lot, but they have already started ending content this year
I suspect one pitcher and hitter per team as captains, another 5-10 or so from a program and a few from collections.

But they're both literally the definition of Finest this year.
How could you ignore them when they were clearly 2 of the 3 best players in MLB?

They’ve always done it in the past. There’s plenty of other players who haven’t had cards this year that have had good years. Why repeat a card that we have exactly the same one already? Dodgers and Mets have plenty of players to choose from. It would be different if Lindor and Ohtani haven’t had an elite 99 card released in season 3 but they have cards that really can’t be any better unless Ohtani had pitching also. -
Well you're probably right. For instance Duran had an 8.4 WAR for the Red Sox. And instead they gave the Finest to Tyler O'Neil of all people.
Duran has a 99 but there was plenty of room to increase his attributes.

They just gave the Yankees finest to Judge so that goes against your theory. Now they better give it to Lindor and Shohei.
