It looks like the captains and TA are called out separately so I would think/hope TA is Finest, and captains are earned separately.

Ira going to be a 99 Hitting and a 99 Pitching TC for the Finest which are already 99s. So it won't really matter.

I want Pedroia so bad. It's still a shame SDS did absolutely nothing to celebrate the 20th anniversary of breaking the curse and the greatest comeback in history.
I mean even Netflix did a special documentary series on it.
Really irks me that SDS hasn't even acknowledged it.

I just hope they mix it up a bit and go deeper with the 99's versus rehash 99's from previous seasons. For example, the Sox could get Kutter and/or Wong. While not sexy, they would be new adds to play with.

I just assume the captains will be the top hitter and pitcher from each team as the finest
The smart thing would be to take the players that had good year sin the past but werent great this year.
Like Jeff mcneil for mets captain, his career warrants a 99 but 2024 does not. Diaz would be the obvious pitching captain choice, but I would rather them give that to Seattle and give Peterson a good card.But I fully expect Lindor to be a 99 Finest/hitting captain

I'd rather an even slightly better Duran. His AS card is so good. If they juiced that a little bit...[censored].
I've also wanted a good Wong all year.
Kutter Crawford would be a huge disappointment. So it will probably be him.
