I know he has a 98 overall, but does anyone feel he could get a 99, or any overall with better attributes?

No. I'd say it doesn't. And I'm obsessed with paralleling cards and even I admit that the extra point doesn't really do very much.
I mean look at how low Ozzie's vs R hitting. 1 point isn't going to help that much.
They're also clear levels to the 99s. Just compare 99 Extreme Acuna to other "entry level 99s". Attributes are not even close.
So in summary, don't expect it, but I would definitively say that a 99 Oz would be a lot better than just P1ing his 98.

If you are referring to me, I agree with you. I did say a 99 because he has a 98; however, I did also say it can be any overall, just want better attributes. I am also aware that better attributes doesn’t mean a better card when comparing two payers, but I am talking about a better card of the same player.
