It says you will receive a private message through theshow.com, but I do not see anywhere to receive messages- do they mean email?

Nervous about the 72 hour window to claim.

Thanks mate! Although it might be all for nothing. Haven’t received any notices- and it is impossible to get in contact with anyone. I’ve never dealt with a company that is this unresponsive.

I don't know about anyone that views the forum with a computer. But if you use a cellphone; doen in the bottom right hand corner is a Message Bubble you click.

Yeah- nothing in there. Reached out to support- so should hear back from them never. Such a bummer.
