Custom uniforms and logos

As of today, playing a conquest map changes my team logo (home team logo) to the generic logo. First, uniform numbers were placed on the uniform front whether you wanted them or not. Now, custom logos no longer work. Does SDS even check these updates before they push them? If it is something I am doing, please help me fix it.
