App keeps logging me out

The app logs me out every single day. I feel like I narrowed it down to every 12 hours, but sometimes it feels even shorter than that. There has to be a way to stop this from happening because it’s just preposterous.
I don’t know what else to do and after 5 months I feel like I’m starting to lose my mind. This most recent time I had trouble getting back in because Microsoft said my account has been experiencing suspicious activity and I’ve been locked out for a little bit.
I don’t know anyone else this happens to and there has to be a way to fix it, this is completely unnecessary.
